Children’s Policy:

25% of the tour price for 2 – 5.99 years

50% of the tour price 6 – 11.99 years

The full price of the tour as an adult +12 years

Child prices apply to children sharing rooms with parents.

(Max. 2 children per room), extra bed available at additional cost

If your sightseeing includes domestic flights or ferry, an additional supplement may apply for your child.

Tip:

– Tipping (Baksheesh) for a job well done is a custom in Egypt that expresses satisfaction with good service.

– Tips are considered part of the income of the person serving you, we recommend leaving a tip when you can and that it is in person, although it is not mandatory.

– A tip is offered to the guide, representative, drivers and hotel and cruise staff.

Cancellation :

Requests must be sent by email to provide the agency with written confirmation that your reservation must be cancelled.

In case of cancellation of your trip, the following table of charges will apply

From the date of booking until 41 days before your arrival, 10% of the deposit amount paid will be charged

40 and 30 days before the arrival date, 25% of the total tour price will be charged.

29 and 15 days before the arrival date, 50% of the total tour price will be charged

14 and 7 days before the arrival date, 75% of the total tour price will be charged

7 and 1 days before the arrival date, 100% of the total tour price will be charged.

Additionally, there are cancellation fees on all domestic flights in Egypt. If you cancel a flight at any time, you will be subject to any fees as per the airline’s cancellation policy.

Tour Egypt Club offers a very flexible cancellation policy in case the government or airline issues a travel advisory to/from your country of departure and destination. Reimbursement :

Refunds will normally be made to the same account and using the same method used for the original payment within a maximum of 14 business days. Refunds are not permitted in the event of a no-show for an existing reservation.
