Tour Price

1. Ensuring your trip is a once-in-a-lifetime experience is our commitment, and we aim to offer you the best possible price. Prices are regularly updated to guarantee you receive the most competitive rates. Once your tour is confirmed, we assure you that the price will remain unchanged. No hidden fees, no tricks!
2. We accept all secure payment methods, including major credit cards, via our Secure Online Payment Platform, and wire transfer.
3. Price quotes are provided in US dollars per person per trip; nevertheless, you have the flexibility to pay in Euro, British pound sterling, or other accepted currencies.
4. The price is valid until April 30, 2024; for inquiries beyond that date, please contact us.
5. For pricing details during Christmas, New Year’s, and Easter holidays, kindly inquire.

Children Policy

1. For children aged 2 to 5.99 years, a fee of 25% of the tour price applies.
2. Those aged 6 to 11.99 years will be charged 50% of the tour price.
3. Children aged 12 and above will be required to pay the full tour price, equivalent to the adult rate.
4. Child pricing is designed for those sharing rooms with their parents (a maximum of 2 children in one room). An additional cost is applicable for an extra bed.
5. Should your sightseeing tours involve domestic flights or ferry boat journeys, please note that an extra supplement for your child may be applicable.

Tipping in Egypt

1. In Egypt, tipping (Baksheesh) for a job well done is customary and is a way of expressing satisfaction with good services. Tipping is considered a part of the income for the person serving you. While non-compulsory, we encourage you to tip as you see fit, personally.
2. Feel free to offer a tip to your guide, representative, drivers, and hotel staff.

Cancellation Policy

1. To cancel your reservation, please send a cancellation request via email to provide the Company with written confirmation.
2. If you decide to cancel your trip, the following charges will apply:
   • Booking to 41 days before your arrival: 10% of the deposit paid.
   • 40 to 30 days before your arrival: 25% of the entire tour price.
   • 29 to 15 days before your arrival: 50% of the entire tour price.
   • 14 to 7 days before your arrival: 75% of the entire tour price.
   • 7 to 1 days before your arrival: 100% of the entire tour price.
3. Additionally, cancellation fees apply to all domestic flights within Egypt. If you cancel a tour, you’ll be subject to any fees per the airline’s cancellation policy.

Emergency Cancellation Policy

1. Tour Egypt Club provides a flexible cancellation policy in case of government or airline-issued travel warnings from/to your departure country and destination. We prioritize your well-being and safety, adapting our cancellation policy accordingly.

Refund

1. A refund will be processed to the original payment method within a maximum of 14 working days. No refunds are possible in the event of a no-show for an existing reservation.
