Your Agreement with Tour Egypt Club

Payment Policy:

To secure your booking, actively confirm your travel arrangements with both you and the company. Subsequently, the booking becomes secure upon receiving the correct deposit/payment through a wire transfer into our company bank account. When you make the required deposits or complete payment for escorted or independent tour packages, you implicitly agree to all outlined terms and general information.

For reservations, we strongly recommend booking early by submitting a 50% deposit. Conveniently, make this deposit through a bank transfer or Western Union. Ensure the balance reaches us within 7 days of confirmation. If you reserve within 7 days of departure, you must pay the full amount at the time of booking.

Amendments:

Changes to the original booking depend on availability. Importantly, if we have received full payment or issued a voucher, rest assured that no administrative fee will be applied.

Children Policy:

Packages, Nile Cruises, or Hotels:

  • Up to 2 children under 11.99 years can comfortably share their parents’ room.
  • For the youngest ones, children up to 1.99 years stay free.
  • Children aged 2-5.99 years incur a nominal charge of 25% of the total adult cost.
  • Similarly, children aged 6-11.99 years incur a 50% charge of the total adult cost.
  • Children over 12 years automatically become adults.

Sightseeing Tours & Optional Tours:

  • Younger children, up to 5.99 years, enjoy complimentary stays.
  • For children aged 6-11.99 years participating in tours, the charge is 50% of the total tour adult cost.
  • As with other aspects, children over 12 years are considered adults.

Domestic Flight:

  • For the youngest flyers, children up to 1.99 years incur a modest 10% charge of the adult cost.
  • Meanwhile, children aged 2-11.99 years incur a reasonable 75% of the adult cost.

Cancellation Policy:

Provide written documentation by fax or email for cancellations. The applicable charges are as follows:

  • If you cancel between 40 and 30 days before departure, we deduct 25% of the entire tour price.
  • Similarly, cancellations between 29 and 15 days before departure result in a 50% deduction from the entire tour price.
  • Cancellations within 1 to 14 days before departure warrant a 100% deduction from the entire tour price.
  • Importantly, we do not offer refunds for No-Shows.

Christmas & New Year Cancellation Policy: (December 18 to January 10)

  • Cancellations made between 60 to 31 days before arrival incur a 50% deduction from the total price.
  • Alternatively, cancellations between 30 days to arrival day result in a 100% deduction from the total price.

Claims and Complaints:

If you have a complaint during your stay, promptly inform the accommodation management for resolution. Failure to do so may result in the loss of compensation rights. If the issue persists, contact our representative, and if still unresolved, contact our Tour Operator. Direct any disputes to the relevant accommodation provider.

Special Requests:

Prior notice of any special requests before your arrival date is essential for consideration. However, we do not guarantee requests not explicitly included in the agreement.
