Itinerary

Lake Qarun & Faiyum Oasis Tour from Cairo

You will meet your guide at your hotel in Cairo or Giza to accompany you by air-conditioned car to go to El Fayoum.
You will start your tour by finding out one of the largest Greco-Roman cities in Fayoum built by the Ptolemies in the third century B.C., two temples dedicated to the crocodile gods, and a Roman bath. It also has an interesting museum of Kom Oshima.
After that, you will go to Lake of Qaroun, one of the most important ancient natural lakes, where the people enjoy and relax, fishing and doing water activities.
You will get your Lunch at Shakshouk village, where you can enjoy the local food, especially fish (Mousa Fish).
Then go ahead to visit Tunis Village, where you can enjoy the pottery industry in Fayoum.
Then you will drive back to your hotel in Cairo.
