Our representative will meet you at the reception of your hotel in Taba, to accompany you in air-conditioned private vehicle to the Taba port; you will take the fast ferry boat for crossing of the Gulf to Aqaba, you will meet and assistance at the Aqaba port. Then you will transfer to Petra, the lost city, carved into the mountains, one of Jordan’s most famous sights. The first Petra stones were laid around the 6th century by the Nabataeans, a nomadic people who took root in these lands and laid the foundations of a commercial empire that extended into Syria. You will start your tour with a ride in the Siq, natural chasm between rocks on 1.2 km. You can admire the beautiful statues, idols and niches in the rock, on the way to the Treasury. After the Treasury, you will discover the Street of Facades, leading to the Roman Theatre and the Royal Tombs, Roman Street Colonnades and Qasr Al-Bent. You will have lunch there and then return to Aqaba for a short city tour and a few free moments, take the fast ferry boat back to Taba port. Transfer to your hotel in Taba.
