The Giza Pyramids consist of the Great Pyramid of Khufu, the Pyramid of Khafre, and the Pyramid of Menkaure.

For close to 4000 years, the remarkable form, precise geometry, and massive size of the Giza Pyramids, the final surviving wonder of the ancient world, have prompted clear inquiries: ‘How were they constructed, and for what purpose?’ Centuries of research have contributed to uncovering bits of the solution. Constructed on the directives of the pharaohs, these huge tombs were built by massive teams comprising tens of thousands of workers.

Today they stand as an awe-inspiring tribute to the might, organization and achievements of ancient Egypt.

Then proceeding to witness: Sphinx- Valley Temple

Known in Arabic as Abu Al Hol (Father of Terror), The ancient Greeks named this statue the Sphinx because it depicted a man with lion haunches, resembling their legendary winged creature that posed riddles and dispatched those who couldn’t solve them. A recent geological study indicates that the statue was likely sculpted from the bedrock beneath the causeway during Khafre’s rule, suggesting it may depict his likeness.

Include a special info of the Queen Khentkawes’ tomb near the Pyramids to highlight influential women in ancient Egypt.

Next to Sakkara |Step Pyramid|

Encompassing a 7km expanse in the Western Desert, Saqqara serves as the vast burial ground of the ancient city of Memphis, in use for over 3500 years and standing as Egypt’s largest archaeological site. Perched above the farming lands of the Nile Valley, the necropolis serves as the eternal home for pharaohs, their families, officials, military leaders, and revered animals. Saqqara was probably named after Sokar, the god of the dead in Memphis.
You can also visit there Maya’s tomb (With an extra ticket), she was the wet nurse of King Tutankhamun of the Eighteenth Dynasty. Her tomb was discovered by the French mission in the Saqqara region in 1996. Some scholars believe that Maya is the same as Meret Aten, Tutankhamun’s sister.
