The Giza Pyramids, the sole survivor of the ancient wonders, have prompted a simple yet profound question for around 4000 years: How were they constructed and for what purpose? Centuries of research have provided us with pieces of the solution. Constructed by teams of tens-of-thousands of workers, the massive tombs were built at the command of the pharaohs. Then proceeding to witness: Sphinx- Valley Temple

Known in Arabic as Abu Al Hol (Father of Terror), The ancient Greeks called this statue the Sphinx because it looked like their legendary creature with the body of a lion and the head of a man , known for posing riddles and punishing those who couldn’t solve them.

Based on a geological survey, the statue appears to have been carved from the causeway’s bedrock during Khafre’s rule, suggesting that it depicts his likeness.
